Mind Garden Mental Health Services is a telehealth-based psychiatric practice providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma-related symptoms.
Our approach is evidence-based, personalized, and integrative, with care plans designed to support symptom management, emotional regulation, and day-to-day functioning. We take time to understand each individual’s concerns, treatment history, and goals in order to develop thoughtful, collaborative treatment plans.
Services are provided via secure telehealth appointments for clients located in states where our providers are licensed, including Arizona, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.

Carolyne Mburu-Gerena is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing integrative and evidence-based psychiatric care. She works collaboratively with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, with a focus on thoughtful medication management and whole-person care.
Carolyne is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where mental health concerns can be discussed openly and without stigma. Her approach emphasizes understanding, education, and shared decision-making.
